PROCESSING TIME
All orders are personalized to order, so please allow 1-3 business days for production before your item ships. Personalized items require additional care to ensure accuracy of names, numbers, or designs requested.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY
We currently offer Standard Shipping within the United States for a flat rate of $5.99. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after your order ships.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once they have been handed to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at contact.thecharmcrew@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
